founded in 1988 by dave schmidt, later known as sula bassana. joined by peter dembour in 1989. we released 4 tapes and 2
samplertracks between 1988 and early 90's.
we played 2 gigs at the berliner elektroniknacht, 2 concerts at the planetarium am insulaner in 1990 and 1 concert at zeiss grossplanetarium in berlin 1991. in around 1993 we split up.

This album had to 'grow' on me. At first listen I was a little disappointed. Don't know why, because like all Manakin releases the performance and production are top notch. It just didn't stick. Still, with intervals of several weeks I kept returning to the control room. After a while and quite suddenly it struck home and now I find myself writing a sound advise: Do not ever give up on a Manakin production. Sometimes it may be not love at first ear, but when it hits on you, it hits you hard.
